Young Writers… NaNoWriMo is upon us. If you have a novel that has been sitting in your head for years that you’ve yet to write or if you wanted to keep writing when you were doing your narrative, this is for you. Come to Mr. Fry’s room (607) for first lunch or Ms. Von der Lohe’s room (603) for second lunch every Tuesday and Thursday until December to write, share, and discuss your very own novel with other students and teachers. At the end, we’ll submit the stories you’ve written to the people at NaNoWriMo where other people will have the chance to see your work. See you there!!

Bobcats- Wednesday, October 30th is the last day to turn in your yellow Bobcat bucks. Only the pink Bobcat bucks will be used in trimester two.

Take today off from cooking and head to Sourdough and Company anytime … lunch or dinner and mention Chilton. A portion of the days proceeds will be donated to us !

Snowie king will be here today after school! Cool off with a snowie king during the lovely 85 degree afternoon today! $3 for a small $5 for a large!

5K had an amazing start yesterday after school.  There’s already a list of amazing achievements. If you are interested in joining the 5K Club find Mr. Ratcliff for the paperwork.

Hey bobcats, do you like hip-hop? If you are interested in joining Chilton’s very first dance team, come to the outside stage, at lunch, this Thursday for a 10 minute informational meeting. ALL grades are welcome, boys and girls! Selena Holguin will be holding the meeting for both lunch A and B. So bring your lunch and come to get all the information! See you then!

Attention Chilton Cross Country athletes.  Tomorrow, Wednesday, is our after school end-of-the- season pizza party, however, many of you have not returned your washed jerseys.  In order to attend the party you must have returned your jersey directly to Mr. Ratcliff.

The time is finally here! You’ve been asking…….anyone interested in joining this year’s Foods Around the World Club, come to the mandatory informational meeting THIS FRIDAY Oct 11th. First lunch will meet in EX 3, Mrs. Pajcin’s room and 2nd lunch people will meet in Mr. Kelley’s room, EX 5. If you are a former member, note, there will be some changes this year. If you are new and want to join, come find out how you can become a part of this legendary lunch club!

Our Chilton Cross Country team worked hard this season and ranked 6th out of 14 schools.  Way to go team!
