Guess what bobcats!? There is still room to join the Chilton Dance Club! We are looking for motivated Bobcats with a positive attitude who love to dance! If you are interested in checking it out, come to Sci 5 after school on Thursday, ready to dance!

Bobcats, please check the lost and found area in the multi-purpose room and stage for any missing items you may have. All of these items will be donated over the winter break.

¿Habla español? If you are taking Spanish class right now, there is a special pajama day just for you this week on Thursday, December 12. Get cozy and comfy in your pj’s for a very special storyday on Thursday with Ms. García.

7th and 8th graders – If you are interested in joining CJSF, Chilton’s only honor society, you will find the new applications in our special CJSF Google Classroom. The code to join our Google Classroom is: kvy0rd. The trimester 2 applications will use the newly approved grading guidelines. Applications are due by December 17, 2019.

Attention, hot chocolate lovers! This Friday at 8:30 a.m. we’re hosting our second hot chocolate day to honor YOU, our core values recipients. Just bring three Bobcat Bucks and a travel mug if you’d like, to enjoy your hot chocolate with a holiday twist! See you in the MPR!

Lunch B Movie Club will be meeting again today to make up for this Friday’s showing.  See you there.

Hey Bobcats, are you in 6th or 7th grade? Do you need somewhere to get work done and get some help from other students while you do? Then stop by WEB Wednesday in room 807 after school today from 3:20-4 for help from other students and WEB Leaders.

Coding club meets today in room 807 during Lunch B. Stop by and keep those creative codes coming!

A-T-T-E-N-T-I-O-N B-O-B-C-A-T-S: Chilton’s top spellers should report to Mrs. Ball’s room during PAW today. If you received a yellow slip informing you that you had qualified for round 2 of the spelling bee, that is you. From this round, we will find the top 3 from each grade level, who will then compete next week, where winners will go on to the district Bee!

Last night, we held our third annual Constitution Video Contest.  8th graders from each of the middle schools in our district competed in making a video to show how the Constitution shapes our everyday lives.  All the finalists did a fantastic job, but in the end, Chilton swept the contest by taking 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
