CONGRATULATIONS 8th GRADE GIRLS VOLLEYBALL! They won last night in an exciting 3 games of Volleyball against Olympus.  Great serving, passing, setting and hitting by the Ladies! Keep it up!

7th grade girls volleyball won their match against Olympus yesterday.  The girls did an outstanding job serving many aces throughout the match. 

Attention all 8th graders!  If you are interested in attending a once in a lifetime trip to the East Coast this next summer, please pick up an info packet from your history teacher.  We will be holding a parent information meeting TONIGHT at 5:30 in the multi. Don’t wait or it may be too late.

It’s almost time for our first Chick-fil-A dine-out. Come out and see your teachers pouring sodas and socializing on Tuesday, Sept 17th from 4-7pm. Mention you are there to support the best middle school around….Chilton!

Calling all computer users: Do you have an interest in coding and would like to learn more about it? Or maybe just explore what coding really is? Stop by room 807 today during second lunch for a chance to explore the basics, come by and see what you can create.

Last night our 7th and 8th grade flag football teams played their first league game at Olympus.  The 7th grade team had good blocks. The 7th grade team won 7-0. The 8th grade team had great play on offense and defense.  The 8th grade team won 7-0. Come out and support the flag football team as they play their 2nd league game at home against Creekview Ranch this Monday.

Since there is no school on Friday, the Chilton Classic Movie Club will be meeting today (Thursday) to finish Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Room 607 for first lunch and room 804 for second. Come watch Charlie Bucket and Grandpa Joe steal Fizzy Lifting Drinks and be forced to burp it out.

Hey Bobcats!  If you are interested in auditioning for the Spring Play, we will be having an informational meeting (just students) right after school at 1:55, Monday, Sept. 16th in Mrs. Donahue’s room-Room 802.  Hope to see you there!
