We’re about $250 away from adding Mrs. O to the make-up fun. The following individual classes have passed the $100 mark: Mrs. Morgan’s 6th graders have raised a total of $375.91, Mrs. McGee’s 6th graders have $111.61, Mrs. Hayden’s 7th graders have $119.45, and Mrs. Calvo’s 8th grade class has collected $200.74.  Way to go! During our coin drive for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, we want to bring awareness to other types of cancers as well.  This week we’re focusing on Childhood Cancers. Did you know that one in every 300 children in the U.S. will be diagnosed with cancer before the age of 20?  This Friday, please wear yellow in honor of kids everywhere who are battling with cancer.

Come earn one or more Bobcat Bucks by writing a thank you note to a police officer in the library! It’s easy and a great way to show your appreciation for those who serve in our community.
