There will be NO WEBSday Workday this Wednesday or next Wednesday.  We will be back in business February 13th.

Pennies for Patients update: You Bobcats have given a total of $1,757.32 so far.  Which makes it official… Mrs. Burak, Mrs. Andersen, AND Mrs. Hall are going to be participating in the Make Up Extravaganza Challenge!  Nice work! We’re about $250 away from adding Mrs. O to the make-up fun. The following individual classes have passed the $100 mark: Mrs. Morgan’s 6th graders have raised a total of $375.91, Mrs. McGee’s 6th graders have $111.61, Mrs. Hayden’s 7th graders have $119.45, and Mrs. Calvo’s 8th grade class has collected $200.74.  Way to go! We have ONE MORE WEEK to get those donations in. Make a difference in the life of a kid with your contribution to this worthy cause.

During our coin drive for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, we want to bring awareness to other types of cancers as well.  This week we’re focusing on Childhood Cancers. Did you know that one in every 300 children in the U.S. will be diagnosed with cancer before the age of 20?  This Friday, please wear yellow in honor of kids everywhere who are battling with cancer.

Attention ALL 7th graders! Do you know what being a WEB leader is? There will be information coming VERY soon about applying to be a WEB leader for next year so stay tuned!

Come earn one or more Bobcat Bucks by writing a thank you note to a police officer in the library! It’s easy and a great way to show your appreciation for those who serve in our community.

The Great Kindness Challenge starts TODAY!! There are over 10 million students in 20,000 schools in all 50 states participating in the Great Kindness Challenge!  From today until Friday, we challenge you to do as many kind acts as possible.  That’s it!  It’s super easy! Good luck Bobcats!

There are NO Dodgeball games for today.  Tomorrow we will have the 6th graders back in action.  Group A will be team 1 vs. 3 and for Group B it will be team 4 vs. team 6. The winning 7/8th grade team is team 3. They will be playing against the staff at the upcoming rally.
