Our school total is climbing!  We have collected a total of $882.19 in our Pennies for Patients coin drive.  Want to know which classes are in the lead? Mr. Dunn’s 7th and 8th grade class has brought in $66.72 so far.  Mrs. Mehalakis’s class is close on their tail with a total of $62.90. Mrs. Hayden’s 7th graders have $58.26. So far though, our school leaders are Mrs. Morgan’s 6th graders with a total of $116.89 collected.  They want that catered lunch from Olive Garden! Keep those donations rolling in to support this worthy cause.

During our coin drive for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, we want to bring awareness to other types of cancers as well.  This week we’re focusing on LUNG CANCER. Did you know that the five-year survival rate for lung cancer is 56% when diagnosed in its early stages?  Thanks to all who participated in today’s spirit day in honor of those battling this type of cancer.

It’s 80s/90s club day!  Come to 803 with your lunch and enjoy some good old fashioned fun.

Dodgeball tournament begins today for the all 7th and 8th grade teams.  Please meet in the gym by 12:30.  See you there!

Would you like to earn a Bobcat Buck?  Come to the library and write a police officer a thank you note for their service to the community!

Bobcats – start saving those Box Tops!  We will be having another Box Tops fundraiser with a donut reward coming in February!

Attention Foods Around the World club members, we will have our next  planning meeting next Wednesday, January, to plan our feast for Chinese New Year. Grab your lunch and come to Mrs Pajcin’s room.
