160!  That’s how many books we have collected to date.   Have you brought in your books yet? We know we can do amazing things to help those in need.   Please donate by December 14th Please drop off your new or gently used children’s books to room 805, 605, or the multi during lunch.  We appreciate your support of the classrooms affected by the Camp Fire.

In sports news, the boys basketball teams traveled to Twelve Bridges for their final league game.  The 7th grade fought hard but eventually lost a tight game. The 7th graders finished with a 4 and 2 second place division record.  The 8th grade team took an early lead and never gave it up to finish off the Titans 67 to 57. The 8th graders also finished in second place with a 6 an 1 divisional record.  Good luck to both teams in the divisional playoff tournaments next week.

Hot chocolate is coming to Chilton on Wednesday, December 19th.  Bring your own non-breakable travel mug designed for hot drinks and 2 bobcat bucks.  And yes, in January we are going to be having a dodge ball tournament during lunch and you also need 5 bobcat bucks to sign up.  Those dodge ball sign ups will start the last week before Christmas break. Start saving now!

Thank you, thank you, thank you to all who donated canned, boxed, and jarred foods to our canned food drive.  We are so excited to be able to donate all of the foods we collected to help families in our area! We will announce the double lunch winners next week.
